They are made by Foster Grant http://www.fostergrant.com/collection.cfm?colid=17&catid=1&start=1 .
They have always been a bit drugstore (witness lenses held in with steel screws) IMO, but seem to be getting a bit better. That being said, the finish/quality/optics is not in the same league as Oakley, Rudy, or ever Tfosi.
Target stocks them if you want to see some up close.
