Ahhh, Wisco 2005. Yeah, it was pretty brutal that year. I knew it was going to be a bad day for a lot of folks when I say people off their bikes lying in the shade on the first loop of the bike.
Although last year was no picnic either. For entirely opposite reasons.
Bring clothing expecting weather in both the 90s and the 50s.

I personally believe this is one of the strongest points in the whole thread, and possibly the biggest part pf the Ironman experience i.e. the training and lifstyle it takes to get there.
