I know it’s a little early, but my coach won’t let me start up my training again (except for active recovery etc) for another week so I’m bored and excited!
Whose in for Ironman C’dA this year?
My father and I will be there, I didn’t get a chance to meet more ST members st IMAZ due to other commitments but look forward to meeting more at IM C’dA!
See ya there. Training going OK here. Started a 17 week schedule and now down to the week in, week out
of pushing as hard and as far as I can. Hopefully it will get me to the finish line.
So busy with a gazillion other things that have to be done weekly, makes this IRONMAN
the one that is going to hurt. Hurt so good.
I’m in and so is my wife. This is our first ironman and we are excited, but nervous. We are right in the middle of a 13 week program. Just did a century ride this weekend, and are going to do gulf coast 1/2 iron may 7. Hope to see some st’ers there

School is making training scarce for the last 10 days…=(
10 weeks to go.
7 weeks of training + 3 weeks of ponder whether I’ve done enough.

I am in… usually we (the ST’ers) try to meet either on FRI or SAT morning at the Gatorade Swim around 10 or so in the morning. So maybe we’ll see ya there.
