Tried a new workout on Saturday as I rode from NJ to Baltimore.

Warmup for 5 hours.

Mistakenly turn onto a divided highway with 65 mph speed limit and lots of trucks (but a very nice shoulder). It was a “local” interstate (black sign, not the blue and red ones, and no sign warning against bikes, horses, etc…).

Ride as fast as possible until the next exit (5 miles) for fear of becoming road kill.

Cool down for 3 hours.
