Came across this article while researching an issue I was havng with my left foot (excessive supination of…from mid to forefoot)…not a heel striker. After getting some info on ST, finally came across this…didn’t really think different shoes or orthotics were what I needed because this is something I have never had a problem with before…developed over a 2 or 3 year period of running…and I think may have been originally caused by a bad ankle sprain years before…For any running feet experts out there, thoughts on the article? Theory on jump roping?
