Anyone have any opinons about Inside Out Sports service for assembling bikes at race sites? Are they reliable?
I’ve had at least five customers going to IMNA events mention that Inside Out sports did a very god job with adjustments and re assembly of their bikes at race sites.
I also own a bicycle store that specializes in triathlon bikes. I’m impressed with Inside Out Sports and I think their level of service sets a standard for the rest of our industry along with some other good retailers who provide service at events.
In the case of Inside Out, they are very focused on their Ironman service in particular, have been doing it for quite some time, have Ironman athletes on staff so they understand the importance of what they are doing and are owned by an expereinced Ironman athlete. Top notch operation in my opinion, based on good feedback from my own customers.
Thank you! Good to know. Just recently discovered I’d be traveling solo to IMAZ and am uneasy about reassembling my bike. Do you think it’s too late to “sign up” for the full service with a 4/9 race date?
I wager you still have time. Contact them ASAP and ask. Since they are in tune with IM athletes specifically, they know there is always a last minute crunch. They know how to handle it.

Thanks Tom, the majority of our employees have at the very least worked at the Ironman Expo’s and most of us have competed in a race or two so we do understand the last minute stress that can be involved.
