I have riden on my new tri bike for a few rides… I am going from a very comfy carbon road frame to a full on tri bike with a fisik arione tri saddle and I get my own personal inner tube pain right where it hurts… if anyone knows how to level this saddle please expand before I contract. Should I place the whloe level over the whole saddle or get a small level over the “flatter” section of the saddle
If you go to bicyclesports.com, there is a note about bike fit and sitting on the bike. One part mentions rotating the saddle about 5 degreen off center (sideways). I’ve experimented with it and it seems to work, although I’ve not had the kind of pain that seemed to force the issue.
Your shorts should have cham.Pad and be tight enough, that you can position your twigs & berries forward & up, to avoid sitting on anything. I would level the seat with the top tube, using the mid area of the seat as reference.
