Injured, slumpin, need some hope

Three weeks ago, first ride of the spring on my new custom Carbo. 15m into it, i lose it coming around a blind, washed out corner. 2nd degree shoulder seperation, broken elbow. bike appears to be ok.

Anyone experience these types of injuries and offer any insight into recovery time, impact on swimming / cycling / running? Can I be hopeful of participating in a Century in August, oly tri in july?

my other questions revolve around fit. This is my first tri specific bike so please bear with me. The front end seems a little unstable, aero or not. I have played around with stem lengths, added removed spacers, adjusted saddle, etc. The instability seems the same. Also, when looking at pics of myself on the bike in the aero position, my head is forward of the front hub. I havent observed this position when viewing other folks positions on the bike. Is this ok? Seems like a lot of weight might be over the front end? (especially given my big head!)

Id post a pic, but not sure how?

Would really appreciate some hope and feedback! Thank you for your time.

I can’t answer any of your questions but you are one tough tri-bastard to be thinking about racing after a bad as fall like that. I hope you heal quickly and can do all those races.

Thank god the bike is okay…people heal, bikes dont. You will be fine, take it easy and do what the docs say…you will come back stronger and have more desire.
