Hello all, my name is Brett and I’m currently completing a course on Sports Nutrition. One of my assignments is to evaluate an endurance athlete’s (male and female) diet and supplement scheduling. Anyone willing to share their approach to nutrition and supplementation, it would be greatly appreciated. Just some basic info such as the percentages of protein/carbs/fats per day or meal. Also, the number of meals/day and caloric needs that are met along with your approach to supplement usage. (both off-season and during season if different) Thank you all for your time.
