I have a special head for my floor pump - but how do you inflate a disc wheel if you have a flat on the road? My CO2 cylinder adapter does not fit.
I don’t ride it often (training), but I like to make sure everything is working properly before a race.

My CO2 inflator head does fit for my disc. So, you could search for a different adaptor that fits (ideal) or carry your crack pipe in addition to a CO2 adaptor.
I have a mini-pump that is also a CO2 adapter, and it fits in my Renn 575. I don’t race with it, but it’s pretty handy on training rides where I’m doing a shakeout of my disc before a race.
I use the Genuine Innovations CO2 adapter. I don’t like it as much as the one I have from Portland Design Works since it doesn’t have as much control, but it fit fine in the cutout of my HED Jet+ Disc
I use the same barbed head as my floor pump, but with a mini pump. I cut off the stem from an old tube so that I can have a presta end to thread the mini pump too, and then I use a small lenght of silicone vacuum hose and slip it between the stem and the head. Just the friction between the hose and parts is enough to inflate to 70 psi before the hose blows off.

These fit most discs. I’ve also used a micro-pump like the Blackburn Airstik.

Blackburn airstick is great. Works no problemo, and the pumping isn’t bad - in fact, I prefer it because you can check for unseating of the tube/tire as you gradually pump up (as opposed to the CO2 megaburst.)
I will warn for all the CO2 users to make sure to test their CO2 setup beforehand. I was surprised to find that my CO2 heads that worked fine on normal wheels and even seemed to fit no problem in my disc, often failed when I actually deployed the CO2. Not sure if it froze the presta valve, or whatever, but in 2 of my small CO2 heads, none of them were reliable (about 50% fail rate in my hands, whereas they worked every time on nondisc wheels for me.) I burned through 2 dozen CO2 in testing, and finally concluded I needed something much more reliable, which ended up being eithe the Airstik or a Lezyne screw-on pump which also works great. Both fit in a normal sized top tube bento box.

I used a product very similar to that.
Thank you everyone for these excellent suggestions. I’m going to try the Genuine Innovations Microflate first - my disc has a tubeless tire on it and you sometimes need that burst of gas to seat everything - but I’m also going to get that Blackburn pump, since it looks short enough to fit inside a tall water bottle.
