A couple of weeks ago, in response to a post about Infinit, I wrote that “I really like the taste of the fluid replacement, but the recovery drink is vile. I bought a small container and have yet to finish it because the taste is so bad.” In response, someone from Infinit posted “I NEVER get this comment. People love the taste normally of the recovery. I would be happy to send you another flavor. Just e-mail me and I will take care of it.” Well, in an example of some truly awesome customer service, this is exactly what Infinit did. Not only that, but I realized while I was placing the new order that I had added a lot of protein (10g) to their standard recovery formula. This probably accounted for the unpleasant taste. It was thus my fault that the first batch was “vile.” The replacement that Infinit sent me was in fact quite good. Kudos to a great product and an amazing company!
