Having placed an order in June and placed previous posts here , as their company emails receive no and Michael no longer responds to his email…has anybody else had this problem.
Having successfully used ININIT for 3 years and racing I Canada in 3 weeks , I am left with no choice but to revert to my previously used nutrition product …which I hav been forced to use AND race with over the past 4 weeks.
i see in your profile you’re in singapore? who are you ordering from? the u.s. or canada?
darcy (infinit canada) just returned this week from holidays, but had someone taking care of things for him.
if you need something to meet you in penticton i’m sure darcy could hook you up (ship to your hotel) no problem.

I placed an order about 3 weeks ago and had it the same week. I sent an e-mail about a new formulation and it took a bit longer than normal to get a reponse but it was still only about a week to get the response. It wasn’t Michael that responded but it was a response with good input. That was about 2 weeks ago and just after Michael had been on vacation I think.
I’m one for two on replies to emails. I asked a formulation question and didn’t get a reply. Later, after a delay in receiving my formula, I sent an “I’m disappointed in you” email. I got a reply 2 days later, along with an explanation, an apology and a $5 credit. I think they’ve gotten big too fast and are having a bit of a time keeping up. But I still love their product.

I am racing IM Canada , month-end.
My orders need to be processed through the US as online through the slider does not work for some reason soit must be done manually.
I can understand , summertime , staff shortages , expansion , etc…but…
Still cannot and have not received any communication.
Considering the enormous expansion of thesport in South East Asia , not good publicity.

Did you actually voice call them? I know our company blocks all internet traffic from Asia because we just don’t need the garbage. It’s possible you or your ISP is on a block list. Or even try another email address like gmail or hotmail?

Just letting you know through another forum that your INFINIT Nutrition has been waiting for you for the last few days. The US Team ensured that Rodney of INFINIT Canada had the product so he could get it to you for race day. We have tried to make contact for the last few days. See details below:

Wouldn’t otherwise do this on a forum, but couldn’t get you any other way-just found out from the hotel that your product hadn’t been picked up. I hope you have a great race!
I have never tried Infinite, but that last post was total class. Things happen, but I LOVE to see people go out of there way for the customer. I will be making an order shortly. I’ve actually been wanting to try it for some time, but I frequent the LBS and usually get the checkout line syndrome and end up grabbing a canister of mix on almost every visit.
