I recently purchased and have started using a Swimfast Ergo and have a question for those that might also being using/have used this (or sim) equipment. I tried searching the forum but didnt see any direct answers to these questions though do feel free to point me to those topics should they have been asked and answered! My general intent is to use this as my primary swim workout during the week with longer intervals or steady on the machine and then once every 2-3 weeks go to the pool and remember how to actually swim or do some faster/pool specific workouts. So far I’m really loving the convenience as I get familiar with the machine.
My question, what is the ‘best’ way to (roughly) track sTss? Currently tracking as ‘strength’ workout with my Garmin watch and then self inputing the distance and other metrics that I can.
I realize this will never be a 1:1 but if there is an easy/automatic way to get this close without a bunch of manual post activity input would be good to know.
