Awesome job to everyone on Sunday! Great performances by some of the slowtwitch gang!

Lauren (Austin79) you had a great run along with Sophie (Marisol). It was great cheering for you both during the bike and run portions. Marisol was a tough cookie with amazing 2nd and 3rd loops on the run. Nice job girl! You were right that you are strong! Great job girls!

Also saw Segio kicking butt on the final lap of the run. Got to FINALLY meet Paulo too. I could always spot you a mile away with that bright orange shirt! Next time I hope you get to meet Glyn (english muffin)…wasnt doing too good yesterday morning! Seen much better days and races!

Jonas glad you were so positive when I saw you on the last lap of the run. You made me laugh…said something funny about the tribabes weekend! Nice way to finish!

Wish I knew more slowtwitch people to cheer for along the course! Nice job to everyone under those HOT and DRY conditions!
