YourNextRace.com IMUSA Conference Call on Thursday, July 12th, at
7:30pm EST

Patrick McCrann of www.yournextrace.com will be hosting a free
pre-race conference call for all athletes participating in Ironman
USA. The call will last approximately 90 minutes in duration. The
first hour is lecture only, with Coach Patrick reviewing Ironman
Racing Strategies and the Ironman USA course. The final 30 minutes
will be open for Q+A.

Athletes interested in participating should email Patrick directly
with the subject line “IM USA Conference Call Invite Request.” If
you are unable to participate, a recording will be available for
download from the podcast section of Coach Patrick’s blog the next

Is this some sort of “condo” sales pitch with a free one weeks stay? Blatent advertsing (it appears). And two weeks out what on earth is he going to tell someone (what they do not hopefully already know) he does not know at all.

Before the flaming starts in earnest, this is a phone version of the same pre-race talks that I have done for several IM races. Same talk Rich Strauss and I did at IM CDA the other week…and will be doing on Friday AM by the swim start in Placid.

First 60 mins I’ll cover placid course specifics as well as race day execution, then it’s open for Q+A.
