Starting to increase the hours and training at the moment and although feeling v fit & healthy I am losing weight.

Whats people’s stratgey to ensure you dont lose too much and get too skinny?
Supplements? Just eat more?
Any tips?
in the first place, make sure you’re fueling correctly your sessions (fast folks shot to 100g of carbs per hour!); post work out nutrition is also very important. once you fixed these, if you’re still losing weight, then add (quality) food to your meals
