IM AZ packet pick-up/registration on Friday, too?

I arranged to be in Tempe Thu night, having thought that we could pick up race packets AND do check in all in one day on Friday.

However, I noticed that the schedule explicitly calls out registration on Wed and Thu - but only mentions bike check in on Friday.

Does this mean we have to be in Tempe by Thursday afternoon?

Crap!

Anyone know what the deal is?

Page 3, item #2 of the Athletes’ Guide.

You must register by 4PM on Thursday or you cannot race.

This is always the case at IMNA races (IM-distance).
