Hah! Is it gonna be an “epic” camp?
It would be if you got here, LOL!
Mr. Tibbs you are one funny SOB…You make me laugh…Thank you…
Unfortunately, picturetrail.com has been down all morning…
Needy?!? NEEDY?!? Kiss my ass needy. I’m trying to do something good for the triathlon community, while at the same time trying to be nice to an obviously underappreciated woman. Kiss my ass needy. Punk.
Patience is a virtue. Not that I have any of that.
Way to go Tibbs. Just a little bit longer…
I’m prolly not the first to say it, but… Discover Diet. Back when I was a fatass living off Coke and jerky(working the mid shifts at Nellis, needed to stay awake, I drank about 10-12 cans every night), I changed to Diet Coke and made no other mods to my diet. I dropped 20 pounds in about 4 months. It took me years to finally back down the caffeine to manageable levels, but cutting out the calories was easy.
Good luck, be strong.
Diet Vanila Coke? Oh you sexy sexy sexy demon. False sweetners and that ooky after taste are the devils work! Avast your eyes from me and send more pictures. Thanks for the nipple shot by the way.
No…Diet Coke with Lime is the real devil’s work!

Oh it is…I posted on one of the other threads. ![]()
Back in January I read a post which stuck. If you don’t bring it to work, you don’t eat it. Or Drink it. I have not dropped any weight, but I do feel better. No more 2pm crash during the day, I just keep going. I do need my Kashi bar though. It sustains me better.
After about 2 weeks, the cravings pretty much subside for good. I have had 3 cokes since january. Nothing really about a resolution or anything, just happened to be when I red the post about snacking.
Anyway, its almost my turn for the rollers, must go get suited up.

Here is an alternative from going cold turkey. Drink the 2 liters. Repeat until you are sick of it. Then drink another 4 liters. If you are not really, really sick yet then drink some more.
At the end of the process you should be cured from your addiction and you can change your name from Mr. Tibbs to Zorba.
