I’ve got an Olympic Distance Tri on this coming weekend that i’ve been preping myself for all month, then two days ago during a swim session i got an unbelievable cramp in my left hamstring (this is pretty unusual for me), it was so bad i got out of the pool…then as i’m walking to my car i get this really bad cramp in my right calf muscle, i go home and ice them both, the original hamstring cramp has gone and feels OK, but the calf cramp is still painful (two days later) and now as i sit here i can feel that my left calf is starting to get a crampy feeling as well…what the hell is going on here?
I’ve heard of wankers cramp but this is ridiculous! Anyone else experienced this sort of thing?
