I hate seeing my shadow when I am running

because in my mind’s eye, I am running smoothly and powerfully. When I actually see my shadow, I look like I am plodding along (which is closer to the truth, BTW). I’m fine with my bike shadow.

That’s all. Carry on.

If the sight of it makes you go scampering back to your burrow, does that mean we’ll have six more weeks of good running weather?

You menonites are all the same :o)
.

Hmmm… I enjoy watching my shadow running.

Except under street lights where it keeps lapping me. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Or am I lapping it?

Carry a big flashlight. That will get rid of that pesky shadow.

just outrun it
.

That’s the problem. I can’t outrun it no matter how hard I try :0> I guess I need to plan a route where the sun is never behind me.

or just run at 12:00pm (or am i guess) you will have the least shadow.

You got to be faster than it, thats all.

I hate seeing my bikes shadow on my dashboard cause when I go around a cruve and the shadow moves I always think my bike is flying off the roof rack! haa

+1

+1 about hating to see the shadow. Brain says: smooth, elegant, great conditioning. Shadow says: That’ll do pig, that’ll do.
