In swimfan’s case, being on the left leg is correct, so that all of the people that pass him get to see the ironman glare as they take away the kona slots he so desperately wants but hates on in public.

I found it funny. At least its better than the usual ridiculous threads in the line of ‘please critique my saddle position’, or ‘what is the most aero headset?’ or ‘should I tape my gel on the top tube or top of the helmet?’.
… as for that nasty response… he probably just got out on the wrong side of the bike. We all have those days.
