Hydration Vest for tall skinny guy?

My husband wants a hydration vest for Father’s Day. He’s 6’5” 190 - any recommendations?

I’m 6’3" and ~165 and have found the Salomon vests to work well (I’m a size L for what it’s worth). I’m currently running the Sense Pro 10, but depending on what sort of distances he’s covering you may want to go with more or less pack volume. Hope this helps!

Not tall but kinda skinny here (180cm 64kg) and another vote for salomon
.

I do ultra runs and have tried a few of the big players, camelbak, Nathan, and Salomon. Salomon is head and shoulders above the rest. Depending on what he needs it for will dictate what capacity needed.

I just returned a Salomon Active Skin 4 because I had problems getting the full soft water bottles fully in their pockets and bouncing out when running. Anybody else have that problem. Really wanted the vest to work.

I’m not that tall but skinny and I’m also happy with Salomon. Specifically the Salomon Agile Set 2. I don’t really know the current equivalent

He doesn’t race- just likes to run. Usually runs 5 or 6 miles at about 7 min/ mile 4 or 5 days a week- sometimes longer and wants to extend this and needs hydration.

He’s a great Leadville pacer etc. - but doesn’t care about competition. He’s the guy friends call when someone drops out of something and they need someone ready to go. EcoChallenge. Grand Traverse etc all when a friend’s partner dropped out.

Any suggestions on size?

Mine (and my dad who has used his for mutliple ultras this year - he decided at turning 50 to run the british coast bit by bit so lots of coastal ultra runs to tick some off) is the Salomon ADV Skin 12, has little loops to hook around the top of the bottle to keep them locked in place. They also do bottles with solid bottoms that help them stay weighted in the pockets. The ADV Skin 5 is a smaller version of this one as well. Cannot fault it at all, I went flying headfirst down a welsh slate mountain at a race last weekend and the bottle’s still stayed in place whilst I ragdolled and landed in a painful colourfully languaged heap haha
