Mine is 143 (41 years, MOP)
So is that for 20 minutes in, midway, the whole way or average for the whole way? If you’re holding that from early on through the whole bike your power is spiking early and then winding slowly down over the whole length of the bike. If you’re going to discuss target heat rates you ought to mention both your resting heart rate as well as test max heart rate in order to anchor the discussion.

143 is the average target after the 56 m ride, and I don’t know my test max heart rate

I use 20 bpm under 30 minute max heart rate as the target. If your stomach is getting backed up on training rides at that intensity, then we do 25 under.
