How to thrash your legs in 5.5 hours

Local century today so put in about 105 miles with getting there on the bike. 6800’ of elevation with a lots of climbs (7 defined hills in the shorter route, probably 8-10 in the century). My FTP is probably a little low in Strava so the zones may be a touch off, but 2+ hours above threshold was brutal. This is what happens when you go ride with a bunch of lightweight climbers and you weigh 190ish pounds…

Is 190ish lbs before or after the ride?

I lost about 6lbs but was a little light on the h2o. Could have used another bottle or two (finished 3).
