How to increase the reach of pads and extensions?

Maybe you guys can help. What is a good solution to increase the length / reach of pads and extensions on a standard triathlon handlebar (with spacers from the basebar)? This means moving both the pads and extensions further forward. The pads are fixed on top of the spacer stack. Attached to the highest spacer. For example, as shown in the image below on a BMC Speedmachine.

I switched to a longer stem. My bike is an older 2013 Cervelo so it may be more difficult for you.

For moving the pads further forward, I think something like either of these would work:

One way can be to install longer aerobars and then there are products that can mount the pads directly to the bars
