How often/when do you use compression boots

If you have boots/hip attachment, how often do you use them? Only after certain types of workouts? Before certain workouts (flush mode)?

How long given the different time settings?

I get my moneys worth out of mine. I use them all the time: after every leg workout at the gym, after hard rides to help recovery, after easy rides to help flush, after all runs. I do 30 minutes on the highest level.

I’ve just bought a pair on Normatec boots and enjoying them.Plan to use them after long rides / runs on weekends and then hard midweek sessions if time allows.

Overall I’m impressed, however the calf section seems little under pressured.

I have my time with "Norma"nightly for 1:15 when I am not traveling for business. Miss her when I am gone…

i have a pair of air relax that i’ve owned for about 4 years now. i use them sporadically. usually after hard run workouts, long run workouts, or long bike rides (like 4+ hours). i generally take them to me with races and use them the night prior and the morning of the race.

i don’t feel i need to use them nightly, i’d prefer to kick the legs up and have a beer.
