How much Pickle Juice

I’m not trying to debate why people cramp or if electrolytes work. But I would like to know how much pickle juice should one consume at the first sign of cramping? Can one take a shot or two during a long training ride/run or race (1/2 IM or IM) to keep the cramps at bay? Thanks for the input…

I’ll start with I have no idea. And finish with this: After the “pickle juice” article came out (or whatever the heck started this thing) the race company I work for was putting on a Thanksgiving 5K. We had about 2000 people, nice day, blah blah blah. But what cracked me up was a sponsor tent by some pickle company! They were handing out samples talking about how it was the next big thing and all. After the race, there were pickles EVERYWHERE. Apparently almost no one that got the samples ate them. It was kinda funny, although the smell not so much.
