How much are Community Fund Spots?

I missed the Ironman USA registration due to a computer glitch. I thought the community spots were $2500, but heard today at a race that they are $1,100. Does anyone know the cost and what other stipulations there are? Thanks,

$1100 and everything above the $525 (or whatever the regular entry fee is) is a charitable donation

Huh… interesting. Looks like the CF spots for the remaining 2009 races are still $1300… wonder if that will change.

if you look at IMLP and CdA for 2010, they list 1100
