How many miles did Steph Curry run in the NBA Playoffs? (Make your guess before you click on the thread!)

59 miles. Not sure what I would have guessed, but that is an impressive amount of intervals

On your honor, post what your guess was

I was at 45.

59 miles/6 games that’s almost 10 miles a game! Wow. I thought I was guessing a little high with 45.

Playoffs, not Finals  Closer to 3 miles a game.

But, keep in mind the TYPE of running… Stop and start, cut and explode, never running in the same direction for more than 50 feet…

My bad. That’s what I get for assuming just finals and not clicking the link! That’s actually less than I thought per game.

…or just reading the title

OK, I am done beating up on the only person to comment on my thread so far! lol

hahahaha No worries! I’m not into basketball. Only reason I knew it was the Finals is because you couldn’t get away from it in the paper, tv, sports radio, etc.

What blows my mind is when those guys dribble on the fastbreak and they get down the court - while dribbling the ball - faster than I could without dribbling.

Could I do a little more than a 5k in 48 minutes while dibbling a basketball? Only if I’m allowed to chase it down after I bounce it off my foot

Please, that’s only 8.5 miles a week.

Mike Rossi runs more than that.

Hmmm, I was guessing 5 to 6 mi/game but i had no idea how many games he played in the playoffs. Ya, there’s a lot of explosive running but, like anything else, you get used to it if you do it every day. I used to play tournament tennis which has somewhat similar type of running.
