in the middle of my big weeks for IM AZ and sucking down 4 eggs a day - is that a little excessive or ok? (I don’t have any cholesterol issues btw…)
I eat two to three a day. We have a factory in the backyard (hen house).

I used to do eggs, then egg whites, but they give me bad gas so I switched to tofu an other sources of protien while at work.
Call me a bit excessive, but I eat 15(just the whites) every day.
Great lean protein, 20 Cal each. Best served hot, with a touch of peanut butter.
Abs are made in the kitchen.
I assumed this thread would be about Cadbury mini eggs, in which case I’m probably eating too many

Three eggs a day, over easy with 3 strips of bacon toast with jam, and of course coffee!! …After my morning workout.
3-4 egg whites almost every day.
haha hell yes, I’ve been avoiding them like crazy this year if not I can easily suck down 5 in a sitting, that’s before starting to feel queasy…
I ate about 5 per day for 4 years while swimming in college. Now that I don’t swim full time and get free cereal/milk at work, I probably don’t even eat 5 in a week anymore.

I don’t eat many eggs, in fact I can’t seem to make it through a dozen before the expiration date.

4 is fine. People who do have cholesterol issues usually don’t get it from cholesterol in food anyway.
all you egg white people, EAT THE WHOLE THING… such a waste to eat just the whites, and most of the vitamins and stuff are in the yolk anyway.
To the OP - at some point during the day I usually have 2 scrambled eggs with cheese
2 to 3 everyday for breakfast… white and yolk.
