How does one remove Venetian blinds?

I can’t tell how they are affixed and due to furniture and a wall I can’t get super close on a stepstool to see.

Bump

Pics would be helpful.

better yet, do you know how to make a Venetian blind?

Too easy.

No shit

Pics would help.

General guide:
Remove valence. May be magnetic, snapped on (loft up and away) or screwed to the wall/trim with brackets.

Fully retract blinds.

In the top corners of the window will be some brackets that hold the body of the blinds in. Open those (may need a flat head screw driver), and the body of the blinds will slide right out.

This might differ depending on the brand of blinds you have.

Whatever you do, don’t call the plumber.

Had I done that giant hunks of drywall would have come out and the molding pulled off

You’re gonna have a drywall guy over anyway, might as well give him a full day’s worth of work.

Remember to mention there’s also a light bulb fixture thingy that needs attention.

You obviously didn’t read my update to the light fixture thread.

The Hime Depot and Lowe’s around here don’t have people loitering looking for work

#MAGA.

Better be careful, he might cut into some poly-b and have a leak in the wall crack.

We’ve never had them

First, learn Italian and how to write in Braille. Then pass the Venetian blinds a note in Italian Braille politely asking them to leave.

Alternatively, just offer them an arm and count out the number of steps to the door.

This. Every cat ever born already knows the answer to this question.
