If it’s a pic from the internet, copy the url.
Click on “Switch to Advanced Editor”
Click on the little icon of the picture frame.
Clear out the http stuff.
Click paste.
Post message.
I thought I did that but the pic come out like this:

Another option if you are on the adv editor…
Right-click the picture → Copy
Right-click the adv editor window → paste.
