How does my LBS bike fit look?

Had to get a new bike after a lady attempted to make me her hood ornament. My LBS where I purchased it did the fit. How do I look?

Thanks in advance

Can you go lower on the front?
By the way, hart to tell in the video, and I might be wrong, but the seat seems a tad high.

Too slack and too high in the front.

I agree with the other posters. Keep in mind that LBS fitters usually are more conservative about positions, because in my experience they typically try to prevent joint/back pain more than promoting aerodynamic efficiency, which makes sense (you’d go to the fitter to complain about joint pain, but not to complain about your Cd). It looks like you can go a little lower, but I also think that you have an excellent hip-back angle at the top of your stroke, which, according to conventional wisdom, typically leads to better results on the run. Going lower might compromise this a bit, but it’s worth trying in the event that you’re OK with a lower position.

You look fine. A little high in the front but there is plenty of room to get lower as you get used to the bike. Probably do that a little bit at a time.

For the info you gave, it could be perfect. Nobody can tell you if you are too high or low in the front from a video and certainly not that you are too slack or too steep. Looks comfy.

I agree on the seat being high.

Thanks for all the responses. There is a 5mm spacer that can be taken out easily, so I’ll take out and get an extra 1/2cm lower in the front. Doing IMFL here in 4 weeks or so, so I’m okay with being a little higher up since I’ll be in the aero for 5 plus hours.

Once again, thanks for the responses.

A bit high in the front but as long as u are comfortable.

That position will be a little slower, but if you are planning on doing Ironman-level distances, that might work out okay. Certainly go more aggressive if you plan to ride mostly sprints and olympic distances.

Also, you might want to try straightening your back a bit more and rotating the pelvis forward a bit. As it is, you have a hunched back, which could cause back pain over long distances.
