How do I post Photos? (Tech dummy!)

I have two photos that I would like to post. I have e-mailed them from home to my work but can not figure out how to add them to a post. Thanks.

(Yes, these two photos are for a "Please comment on my positioning " type question.)

The photo needs to be hosted on a server somewhere. If you have AOL you can host them on your AOL Homepage. You will then link the thread to the URL of the photo.
