6/7 healthy days but the unhealthy coping skills days wasn’t as bad as usual
journaled a few times
did PT

2 swims, 2 rides, 4 runs

mostly writing now because I am wanting to use unhealthy coping skills and I am reminding myself I CAN use the healthy ones :slight_smile:
