Anyone have any suggestions on tri bike fitters in the Houston area (am willing to drive as far as Austin if need be)?

I can’t speak for Houston, but Austin has 2 tri-specific shops that do a great job in fitting. Austin Tricyclist (http://www.austintricyclist.com) might appeal to most on this board due to their FIST certification. However, Jack and Adam’s (http://jackandadams.com), just a bit further down the road, also is a fine shop with very knowledgable staff as well. I’m not sure what fitting technique they use, but try Bikelane in Houston. It is on FM1960 just off of 45. The owner is super nice. Slowtwitch also did a slight review of them that you may find on the front page.

Call Bikesport (closed Mondays) in the Inner Loop area. People come from all over the state to see Rey there. I venture to say he is the best tri fitter around.

What part of Houston are you in? Are you a member of the Houston Racing Triathlon Club? Certainly someone there could help you as well.

I am and anyone there would recommend Rey as well.

I keep planning to join, but my racing season is over and I keep procrastinating doing it.
