I got introduced to yoga a couple of weeks ago, it’s the hot yoga where you sweat your ass off for an hour and a half.
Man, I love it!
Your muscles and tendons really loosen up in the heat and you get a really good stretch. You also feel like you’re sweating all your toxins out. I sweat like river through the whole class, (it’s quite embarrassing), apparently you’ll sweat less when you get better at the poses and your body doesn’t fight as much.
It’s the perfect recovery to the rigors of endurance training, the aches and pains seem to vanish after doing a few sessions.
I highly recommend it
