I do, although my running has admittedly been absentee lately. Search for the Hoka thread Slowman started. He runs with orthotics. ETA: Maybe he didn’t start it, but it was discussing his article on Hokas.

I’ve been a Hoka convert for the past 4 months, and I’ve used orthotics for the past 7 years. I just stuck them right in the Hokas, and it has worked out fine.
Love these shoes.
Thanks for the feedback. I just had a colleague come in when I was out of my office, try them on, and left me a note with a check for the amount of the shoes!! He saw that I was returning them for an exchange from runningwarehouse and took them for a spin in the gym and loved them!!

Always wore orthotics (Superfeet) in my Kayano’s but no issues running without them in my Hoka’s…

Yes, I wear mine with over the counter orthotics and they work fine. I wear the red orthotics by Sole with Dean Karnazes on them if that helps at all.

I have a pair of Bondi Bs and have never thought to wear them without my orthotics.
Although I log most of my miles and most of races in Brooks, whenever I run in my Hokas I slip in my orthotics, whatever the distance. Road, trails, hill reps, interval sessions, long runs, even the occasional race from 10 miles to ultras, the Hokas have accommodated the orthotics well.
I was running for a couple years with orthotics for arch support but haven’t needed them with the Hokas. The inserts that come with them work just fine.
Great, I’ll be getting mine monday, hopefully the right size this time. Should’ve ordered 2 to begin with. Cant wait
