And continues to lie. Even an Atlantic article said these are unforced errors. But what is disturbing to me is that people believe this crap. I heard two callers lecture Rick Unger who was substituting for Michael Smerconnish on POTUS about how the FBI cleared Hillary and the WAPO article refenced in the link was false. One even went so far as to justify her use of a private server. That none of the emails handled were classified at the time of her handling, etc. Rick Unger is a democratic party operative, Smerconnish plays neutral, though I find him to be more left leaning lately. So to have either one have to tell their listening audience they are flat out wrong what was really said by the FBI was funny, but sad. This is why Hillary continues this, because a lot of partisan democrats believe it. Nobody here is that stupid, only partisan to the point they don’t care. I get that.
She’ll repeat it until it becomes historical ‘fact’. From what you wrote it looks to be working.
I think it’s disgusting. It shows how horribly corrupt our government is on every side.
Both candidates have the exceptional ability to keep bad stories about them in the news.
Wonder if Julian Assange will come up with a real smoking gun from her server that the FBI couldn’t find.
Here is the fact of the matter. I don’t really care about the e-mail story. Maybe I would care more if the alternative wasn’t a world class piece of hot shit. Short of the FBI uncovering Bin Laden secretly alive and living with the Clintons, I’m not willing to vote for the alternative. And let’s be clear a non-vote or a vote for 1 of these other marginal shitburgers is a vote for Trump.

I guess you missed the last sentence in the OP, “Nobody here is that stupid, only partisan to the point they don’t care. I get that.”
Maybe I should have made it a seperate line.
So I care, but the alternative is a world class piece of hot shit. I still haven’t voted for a Clinton in a primary, but options are limited.
Now what?
There is nothing partisan about it. We used to be able to disagree on policy issues, but agree on what it meant to “be presidential”. I disagreed with Reagan on a few things, but I was proud of him as my president. I recall people saying the same with Clinton, until the ridiculous resources were spent on attempting to prosecute his dick. That type of respect was never afforded to Obama. There was a time when people would absolutely band together to vote against a man like Trump. Hillary is nowhere near perfect, but she isn’t a socialist and she isn’t a crazy person. The choice should be obvious to everyone with a brain.

Do you not think that it is precisely this kind of insult that is a symptom of, and furthers, the political divide?
You talk of respecting those who you disagree with, then call others brainless for not agreeing with you.

Now what? Now is the time that America becomes a democratic country and allows the existence of other parties instead of a dictatorship of the two. Two, three, four other powerful parties and the US politics will become much milder, more civilized…Clinton will realize that she can’t relay on Trumps idiocy to win and Trump will realize that he can’t rely on Clinton’s lies to win.
I get it. Your decision to vote Hillary regardless of what she says, does or has done is solely a protest vote of Trump. Not sure there’s anything to ‘discuss’ on that topic.
I’m curious, however: As a non-partisan voter, on which position(s) do you align yourself with the (non-Trump) Republican Party platform or ideals?
Income tax reform?
Second Amendment rights?
Abortion?
Trade agreements?
Immigration reform?
Healthcare reform?

If only Johnson and Stein weren’t terrible candidates as well. You just don’t hear much of them because the media doesn’t cover them. But they suck too.

I guess that is fair, but I do respect people who disagree on real issues for valid reasons. I do not respect those are willing to put Trump in the White House. His candidacy, his entire being is a complete shitstain on America.
Wake up. Washington is absolutely overloaded with self serving, self righteous, and just plain criminally minded shit stains.
Don’t believe for a second that the stench only wafts from the other side of the isle. Trump isn’t the illness, he’s a symptom.
That’s funny, because I don’t respect people willing to put liar who the gov’t she wants to run stated she was careless in managing important stuff. This isn’t about trump anymore. This is about political inertia the republicans will uphold. The 2nd amendment, an originalist SCOTUS justice, less welfare (relatively speaking). I’m not voting for trump. I’m voting for Republican party member x. Much like you are voting for Democratic Party Member x. If you had any more values or morals, you would be voting third party, but you aren’t are you?
Maybe that is true of many people in Washington, but you can be self serving and self righteous and still not be crazy with no absolutely no self control.
Can we please stop with the liar bullshit? They all lie, its part of the job. I have tried to find my outrage about how Hillary managed “important stuff” and I just can’t. The fact of the matter is, there is no evidence her personal server was hacked. Conversely, there is evidence the State Dept. server was in fact hacked and she knew it was hacked. Is it smart to operate on a server that is known to be vulnerable?
Further, the entire investigation appears to have uncovered 3 e-mails that were marked classified, 2 of which should not have been and 1 was not marked classified in a traditional manner. This is what I am supposed to be outraged about? I am supposed to think this is “crime” is worse than the direction a bigoted tyrant with no impulse control can take the country ? Give me a fucking break.

Here’s what I’m outraged about: Hillary signed an SF312 NDA. The second sentence in that document states that signee will protect all classified information, both marked and unmarked. There were many thousands of emails that had classified information on them that wasn’t marked. Now, having worked with classified information for 27 years now, I can tell you that I find it impossible to believe that Hillary, not once, recognized the fact that classified information (up to and including TS/Special Access Program) was being bandied about her unprotected server. I’m fairly certain that the stuff that she did would have resulted in pretty much anyone but her being charged. There is no one I know who works with classified that isn’t absolutely disgusted at the special treatment she seems to be getting on this. At an absolute minimum, her clearance should be revoked immediately, but that isn’t going to happen either. Now, is that bad enough to vote for Trump? No, not for me, but that plus numerous other things (the Libya debacle, the pathological lying about everything under the sun, the blatant pandering flip-flop on the TPP, the blatant corruption of her acts as SecState and the Clinton Foundation, etc) means I can’t vote for her, either. I have no doubt she’ll be President, but I’m hoping enough people vote for Johnson that it rings a wake bell for both parties that many of us have simply had enough of either parties bullshit.
