Does anyone have recommendation for insoles for very high arches? That also has metatarsal support?
I had custom ones made but they have not metatarsal support
Thanks in advanced.

Superfeet inserts - the green ones.

I have several pairs of them in running, cycling & everyday shoes.
Specialized BG in Green work well for me.

Same for me. I ran in Superfeet Green for years before getting custom orthotics, and tried them for cycling, but I like the Specialized insoles much better for cycling.
I’ve used Icebug insoles in a couple of pairs - https://icebug.com/p/icebug-insoles-slim-high
Haven’t used personally, but have heard good things about G8 insoles

How much room do you have in your shoes? I use superfeet green for my business casual dress shoes I wear to the office. They are not low volume insoles and if I tried to use them in my cycling shoes it’d take up so much room it’d feel like I’m trying to wear shoes 2-3 sizes too small.
Great insoles for my casual shoes and I also put them in my hiking boots too. But for me they take up too much volume to use in my cycling or running shoes. I have flat wide feet for reference. Seems for running motion control to a moderate degree works for me but for cycling shoes one foot doesn’t like arch support with the other is ok with a moderate amount. Still trying to figure that out for the cycling shoes fit though.

Years ago I bought eSoles and have been using their highest arch but they are falling apart after 6/7 years and being in and out of half a dozen pair of shoes. I have the thin and thick icebug in my dress shoes and running shoes but they are too wide in the heal area for any of my cycling shoes. At $50/pair they are nice but I have some grey $20 ones from Amazon that have a slightly bigger arch that I like better.
Scott Ergologic are great. Outside of custom I’ve found these to be the best and you can swap out parts to customize them,

I use the G8 Pro 2620. They were recommended by my bike fitter.
Thanks for the responses.
Superfeet arches are not high enough, Specialized Green used to be but they changed them about 2 years ago and the new ones do not work
