I frequent several other forums on different topics. Most have a function that allows you to see any new posts since your last visit. I often wished slowtwitch had this, it makes checking on new posts a lot easier.
Slowtwitch does have this, it is hidden, or I am an idiot to not have figured it out. On the pull down menu that will take you to classifieds or the Lavendar room, if you leave it on “slowtwitch forums” and click the jump to forum button a screen pops up with the posts since you last visit for all three rooms. This is the point were everyone else says duh, right. Well if you didn’t know about it, it is a useful function.
edit: it only lets you know how many new posts, not what they are, you can jump to the last post in room though.
