Help with position please

Hi all! I recently got my first TT bike and am a little worried it might be a tad too large for me. It’s a size xs giant trinity.

What do you guys think about my fit and what changes/additions should I make to my setup for an upcoming ironman?

Currently running 165 cranks but would like to go to shorter cranks to open my hip angle and help with impingement.
