I am requesting your participation in a research project examining the relationship between personality characteristics, motivational factors, and athletic performance.
This project will be conducted completely online and is estimated to require 20-30 minutes of participation. All survey data will be anonymous.
If completed, you will be entered into a raffle with a chance to win one of ten gift cards (6 valued at $10, 4 valued at $20). If chosen in the raffle, you will be able to pick your preferential vendor from over ten different options.

**1. You have recently competed in an individual sport event (i.e., triathlons, running/walking events, swimming events, cycling events, etc). **
2. You are 18 years or older.
