What the heck are these? They appeared while I was on my trainer (maybe sweat related?) on both my arms from my sleeves down.
They don’t itch and appear to have some kind of fluid in them (the ‘bubbles’ are whitish/skin colored) because when I rubbed them with my shirt they ‘popped’, a tiny amount of clear fluid came out, and then they disappeared.
I’m gonna go take another one right now, see if that helps. The bubbles will probably dissapear, but I’ll see if I can keep a small patch ‘soap-free’ so my dad can take a look at them when he comes back.
I was only kidding freestyle. Do you keep forgeting your dad is a doctor? Because I don’t, whenever I see stuff like this from you I think “Why don’t you call your dad???”
I was gonna look up google to see if I can find something that looks similar, but those are some of the nastiest photos I’ve seen so I decided to skip it.
This has happened to me when I got slightly sunburned. My skin dried out, and was ready to peel. I then did a workout, which caused the sweat to bubble up under the dead skin that was about to peel off. The result was exactly what you describe.
I also continued to peel a bit in the areas where the bubbles had formed.
I used to get those when I was young when working out in hot conditions. I simply don’t get them anymore. They were more numerous on the inside of my arm, but slightly bigger on the tougher outer arm skin. I always thought they were just sweat glands that were covered by a layer of skin cells. Whatever they are, they are nothing to worry about.
Sounds like what always happens to me after I get a sunburn. Anything else you should worry about? Yes, skin cancer! Don’t let yourself burn!!! Melanoma is the most common cancer among people aged 25-29.
Sounds like miliara crystallina. This mostly occurs in infants, but it is entrapped sweat blisters that pop easily and there is NO red base (which one would see with herpes.)
