Hello, I am looking at a argon 18 e114 but am confused as to what size. I’m 170 cms, female. Either a s or xs? I ride a 52 top stem road bike. S in argon is same.
Inseam length , arm length , torso length would all be helpful information to give you a solid answer. A picture would be nice also.
Ok, just taken some quick measures so will be close but not 100 accurate.
86 cm inseam
66 cm trunk
33 cm forearm
62 arm
51 thigh
53 lower leg
144 sternal notch
170 cm height
Just went to competitive cyclist website and put measures in there and they saying top tube length of 51-53 cms. Current road is 52 cms so from all I have been reading thought I would drop down a size. When I say size I guess I’m thinking 2 cms so to a 50 cm top tube.
Argon I’m looking at is 52 cm top tube so bang in middle of recommendation from CC website.
Rode bike yesterday in size S and just feels so different from road bike it’s hard for me to say if it feels good as to be honest just feels so totally different…

Here’s the link to the argon size chart
.
When I was buying a bike one of the two choices was an Argon18 E114. The bike shop fitted me on a small frame. I’m a 178cm male with 85cm inseam.
I ended up in a 54cm Cervelo P2 becasuse it ‘felt better’ but I still feel the Argon18 was the sexier looking of the two bikes.

Based on that, I would think an S.
