Help on determining wheel vintage

Wheel: 404 clincher. Any ideas on it’s age?

Just a bump before I head off to work, in the hopes that it won’t disappear off the front page before someone can date this thing.
Thanks.

IronDad is right. I had a set of 2000s that I bought and were a disaster. Are you looking to buy or is this wheel already yours? If you are looking to buy, walk away from those. If its already yours, be careful. Do a google search for these wheels and you’ll find what I had the good luck of experiencing. The rims (which Zipp claims are completely seemless) separated rendering both of my wheels completely useless. Rim replacement from Zipp was quoted to be $300 per wheel with $50 labor a pop too.

Oh, fudge! Just won the damn thing off ebay. If it ain’t crapped the bed yet (assuming it’s been used regularly), is it likely to? Anotherwords, is every single rim from that era going to go bad?
