I have a spare C38 Roval carbon wheelset that I’ve been using on my 11spd Shimano Ultegra DI Roubaix. I recently purchased a 12spd Shimano Ultegra DI Cervelo P-Series and wish to use this spare wheelset on it for training. I’ve been on the DT Swiss website but couldn’t make heads or tails of compatibility so I asked Google AI the following question:

Will a shimano 12 speed cassette fit on a dt swiss Rear wheel 350 DBCL for thru axle 12mm?

The DT Swiss wheelset and 12mm thru-axle have nothing to do with cassette compatability.

Shimano 12-speed road cassettes are backwards compatible with Shimano 11-speed freehub bodies.

Google AI is horrible. It may be accurate in this example, but it is like throwing a dart blindfolded. It is humanity’s case study of why AI sucks.

you can 100% use the cassette on that hub, the 11sp free hub spacing fits a 12sp Shimano Road cassette with no issues.
DT Swiss are the only hubs I use.
