Help - Garmin 305 won't turn on

I ran with it last night and it worked just fine. Tried to use it after work tonight and it wouldn’t turn on. Figured I left it on all night and it was just out of juice, but them I plugged it in for over an hour. Still nothing.

Fortunatley, I live in KC and can get it to Garmin HQ quickly for repair if need be, but it will make my 105 mile ride on Sat and 20 mile run on Sunday a pain in the arse.

Has this happened to anyone else? Did you find a way to reset it or get it working w/o sending it in?

If you mean a Forerunner 305, pressing the ‘mode’ button at the same time as the power button does a hard reset, but that may blow away any personal data or settings you may have; I don’t recall if that happened when I did it. That button combo may also work on an Edge 305 - I don’t think I’ve had this problem on that model.
