Just got my new HED ClipLight (think that’s what they are called) aerobars to set my road bike (STI) up for the collegiate nationals super hill climb course. Those bars are beautiful. Ultra light, just enough adjustment built in, and beautiful workmanship. The only bummer is that I think the foam pads weigh almost as much as the bars… Haven’t actually put these on my bike yet so this is all observation from holding the bars in my hands, but they seem nicer than my C-2 bars and much superior to the Profile Jammers which are still a nice bar set. They will go on the bike in place of the HED one piece bar I have on next week.
I’ve been thinking of getting a pair myself, but haven’t been able to find it in the shops. May I know where you got yours? Is there any online retailer I can buy the bars from?

Actually they seem readily available. I believe my lbs ordered them directly from HED. Only took a week and a half to come in. Ordered my Cannondale bike 4 weeks ago and still waiting, and that Arione saddle, Bikemine the distributer says they don’t even stock them yet although everyone else seems to have them! Okay, no more ranting, the ClipLights are really nice and seem to be easy to get as both myself and the shop owner just picked up pairs. I think you’ll like them.
