Head cold - train or sleep

Can anyone remind me? Getting ready to leave my office, and need to make the call between a one hour run with some intervals, or a night on the couch. No symptoms other than my head feels like it could explode. I feel fine below the neck.

Sleep - why risk it becoming worse.

If you’re even thinking about it, go for a run. You will probably feel better afterwards. If not, you’ll know to sleep tomorrow. You might make it a moderately-paced run, though, and skip the intervals. If your head is pounding, driving your HR up near max is not going to feel good.

Just don’t do an Ironman. Trust me on this one.
